I did some digging, and this was the conclusion I came to.Consistency doesn't seem to be much of a concern here, apparently...

They should bring back the old logo. (This is just my opinion. If anyone has a different opinion, then I respect your opinion)

Okay, this is pretty cringe-inducing on the part of whoever's been designing the official Nick logos. Makes me miss the days of consistent guides like "How To Nickelodeon" and "Nickelodeon Logo Logic" where they had established commercial fonts in use...
