Made this dollie last year. Think it's theeeee....second doll I made, right after making the maffi doll. Pattern was home made, freehand. The doll is totally hand sewn (with double seams) - I hate sewing machines. The feet are stuffed with rice, the rest with normal plush stuffing. The clothes are in no way attached to the doll and can be removed, and reveal the little embroided butt hole.... that... I.... always add to whatever plush i make.Now to make a full size one.

That's great for a homemade pattern. Sewing machines scare me, so I never use them either. D:

it's also like.... tiny. hard to tell, but the dollie is actually sitting on my knee. it's... just barely 15 cms tall (sorry, dunno inches). It would have been asspains to attempt sewing machine on it in my op. And yeah, it's also kinda hard to put a billion details on a doll that size without making it overly tacky (since i'm making it and practice wouldn't hurt). attempting to do something bigger and more advanced. might look like fucklies though.
i stitched a hole through my thumb with a sewing machine once. That hurt. Like heck.

I used to make guts for my dollies. but they ended up in the wrong place all the time. who wants to have a heart in the ass or a liver in the head? Bit problem that. Actually... i should like...i dunno. something.

the doll that was originally intended for you got shipped off somewhere else. it simply took too much time, and i frankly though you'd lost interest or something. hmn. hope you don't mind too much. >.o. But i did start on a new one, and it's practically done. the feet went a bit butty so i'll have to fix that... and the lil dots around the eyes didn't turn out too well either, so that's upp for fixing. If you have extra time to wait, i've come up with some modifications too. On the upside, this doll will also be wearing replicas of my own rl clothes.... and partially from teh exact same textile, as my pants were home made ~.~.
aaaand i'm not happy with the tuesday doll. it's up for a a remake... need to buy me some more textiles for it too > .o. What was the third dollie?
