Whoa, this is seriously cool! 
She looks so calm and peacefull, yet her fingers are strongly grabbing the collar of her hoodie. Also, she appears to be still, as if she paused for a second in mid-action, but the wind is ruffling her hair, giving the picture a dynamic sense.
It's a contradictory piece, but very well balanced. Good job! Me likey XD
