They called a Pride a sin, yet reveled in their own for they had no shame. They pushed their shame onto others they oppressed. This oppression however left them nothing to be proud of. Nothing but hate and vitriol, while those who spent decades upon decades under oppression grew in numbers and support. Only united can we shine light on the injustices of the world and the hate that it festers. To grow stronger in unity, in love, and compassion.
That's something to take Pride in.
