Poor Staryu, looks kinda lonely. You say Kirby anatomy, and yet nothings really changed. Maybe this means we'll see a Staryu randomly appear in a Kirby game as a random enemy or something?

In regards to the shading, looks alright to me. Well...except for the shadows on the top, right (my right) fins and the light shadow on the gold "face". Unless something was hovering next to or infront of it, these three shadows just look unnecessary to me.
