Well, Requests are where you basically draw something for a certain person. Usually without, or a few conditions.
However, some of the artists (especially the more skilled ones) usually have certain restrictions like, that only their better friends can make requests, & "rejects" everyone elses.
But still, the question is if YOU would accept them from anyone, or just certain persons.
But still, the reason why I would ask one (if they were acceptable) was because I know that you have some experience with Totodiles. But I wouldn't ask for one yet, since I know that you got a problem with your printer at the moment, & want to finish your PMD comic before the deadline.
