Soooo practically the very first animation of mine xDI have no idea how to make animations properly TT_TT
I was drawing just each frame separately in PaintToolSai and then saved it as a gif in Easy Gif Animator

First off you know I love this 
Second off I'm impressed at how you managed to keep the distinct frames on 'match' enough that lines weren't jumping around all over the place from frame to frame except where they were supposed to (like Kim's hair). To me having that sort of flow has always seemed like it would be the hardest part of drawing animation.
Now one thing I have to ding Ron on. And I don't mean you, I mean the fictional Ron. While the animation is incredible with how Kim pulls back, realizes what he's doing, moves forward, but ends up pulling back again so it isn't like an impact.... which is a beautiful bit of animation by the way.... I find it amusing that Ron is so intent on his "goal" that it even requires Kim to be pulling back a little again, whereas he's just 'going for it!'

I don't want to over-analyze it, especially for a first time, but I think you did a good job capturing the key moments and the right kinds of movements (such as Kim drawing back, then moving in only duck back a little so that their lips don't hit too hard, etc.). When you write "I have no idea..." I still suspect that you've at least skimmed some of the comic & cartooning know-how books, or an even better font of information. Or you did a lot of flipbooks as a kid.
No matter. Keep at it, and know that even if you later find you've been doing some of it the extra-hard way then you probably also accidentally learned something useful in the process too.
