This could be a wondeful shot, when two things would be changed.
1. The lighning. The overexposure makes the building barely visible. It's really dark, while the sun and the background have to much colour.
2. The perspective. Frog-perspective can buildings look higher and bigger, but you are too far away for that. Instead of a wonderful shot, this looks merely like a snapshot, because the buildings seem to fall out of the picture.

I would recommend you to change the position a little bit. Let the sun come from the side, so the colours look better. A new position would also create a better perspective for the buildings, so they wouldn't look like they are falling to the side.

I know this is much critique for your picture at once. I just think, you can get better with these tips. I got the same  a few years ago and it helped me a lot.

The perspective is a bit strange to my eyes. I would adjust the angle to horuzantally line up the roofs on the right, it would for sure calm down your composition.

Ma sha Allah, Islamic civilisation had & has a huge heritage & legacy.
I personaly consider Egypt in its really close center ( in term of spirituality & religion, in terms of history, of Islam & Khilafa, etc... & in terms of politicial, geo strategic position it had/has)
Nice shot, I hope to see more of them !^^
