No, four 5 stars is not over reacting to this piece. I swear, I stopped breathing when I saw it. I just love it.
I love the fact that yes, it's the kind of picture everyone takes..y'know, trees and a lake..But the way you captured it is so different! People usually aim for the best clarity. While it is a very high quality photo, I found myself squinting.
The picture feels alive. The colors are extremely soft, and the lighting too. It makes one feel so peaceful! You will be expecting someone or something to come out of the woods, and then remember it's only a photograph!
This is the kind of photography I look up to, you are the kind of role models I like seeing on Deviantart. Thank you for this.
