Description I haven't tried to properly paint in more than a year. Talk about leaving my comfort zone,. This was an adventure. I still can't paint hair worth a damn, but I'd call that an improvement.

I gotta say, the shading and colors came out super nice. I hope you keep doing paintings if this is what out of practice looks like.

Thanks. I'll never get better by doing the same thing over and over so I will definitely try to leave my comfort zone more often, but I'm not sure about challenges. They are usually pretty time consuming and I only have the time for experimental drawing every once in a while.
