I totally agree with William Shakespeare when he said "with mirth and laughter let old wrinkles come." Especially if you think, like I do, that wrinkles do not add or detract from your personal concept of beauty! Β Β As far as Portugal, I know... but you can always add... Β

You are right... I cannot deny that for men seems to be easier Β Β I could argue on this point, but it would be sillyΒ
The only thing I would like to say is that in July 1969 I was up all night (still in Law school in Sardinia) to see the first man landing on the Moon. The transmissions in direct fromΒ the US or from space wereΒ short and every few hours. The gaps were filled by science fiction movies or by talk shows. In one of them, a particularly boring one,Β a panel of scientist were trying to imagine the future of technology andΒ of the world. They picked a date... the year 2000! I vividly remember that, I got up and went to the Kitchen to make a cup of coffee, and that I exclaimed: "who cares in the year 2000 I shall be old and decrepit..."
Here I am, still alive, still being tickled by a photo Β and still thinking that I shall try to live long enough to become a problem for my children Β

But i agree that reaching "old" age (i mean chronological old age) is not as terrible as we thought it might be when we were young. La vita Γ¨ bella (if we focus on its best parts...) and we must enjoy it the best way we can...! even though it's not always easy...
