Description
n8navarro made a spectacular Slash micro, and I felt compelled to do my own version. I added a bit more face detail to make him somewhat resemble Tokka, thereby allowing him to easily fit into one of the Golden Harvest films or a CG movie. Then I combined aspects from the Playmates action figure and the Archie comics version, all while trying to keep him scary looking. Credit also goes to dudebrah and xCaptainMarvelx .

Backstory: Slash began life as Karai's pet Japanese pond turtle whom she loved dearly. After Karai moved in to the Technodrome, Super Shredder went behind her back and used Slash in an experiment with Krang's Blue Mutagen. Since Karai was the last to physically handle him, the Ooze spliced the turtle's DNA with that of a human. The result was a Ninja Turtle of monstrous size and strength under Shredder's command. Though his true loyalty lies with Karai, whom he sees as a mother figure.

UPDATE 9/1/2022: Added two new variants: Ninja Vision eyes and an alternate buckle with the sloppily compressed Japanese kanji "Hasu". Might fix that up later.

UPDATE 9/5/2022: Darkened his cloak to match the rest of his affects, altered his training outfit, added another alternate belt buckle and changed his forearm wrappings to gauntlets.

UPDATE 7/20/2023: Added a grapnel gun variant and upgraded his training outfit. Finally added his backstory as well.
