Holy shit, this art is gorgeous as hell, wow! It's amazing how you managed to represent that Winger overdrive so beautiful here, those golden "wings"...damn. And the pose... the pose is especially good, because of it she's look so graceful and elegant it's just unbelievable. I don't know I think this is one of the best GG fan art I've ever saw in my life, lol. Thanks for work, really

Millia fan here, must say it's really good. I actually like the colors. They're not too bright and shiny, and not too dull. You have a good idea of highlights and shading.
I also like her pose. She's not just sitting or standing there like you see a lot of artists (me included in some cases) do nowadays; she's doing something interesting, and what her hair is doing goes well with her pose and the entire picture itself.
There is one thing I find wrong -- her right foot. It seems to be bending upwards too much. That, or you're commenting on Arc System's own faults at drawing anatomy. Heh, if so, that's pretty clever.
