I didn't mean to do this. I mean, my schedule this year has been absolutely INSANE. (Thus all the WIPs...) But I accidentally opened the wrong file....Got to thinking....
Added a little color....
Added more color....
Gotten really close to finishing it, then I get another phone call telling me that someone's mother has passed away. Sigh.
Once again, my schedule goes all to hell, and I have to put the tablet pen down AGAIN, just before I can finish it. Ugh. Sometimes I pray for six feet of snow just so that I can stay in front of the machine happily doing art instead of scrambling around trying to keep up with emergencies I didn't create.
Double sigh. Oh well. I'm going to TRY to finish this tomorrow. At least if I have to go to the funeral, it won't be too bad. It will be mostly to support some friends whom I've known a very long time.
I care enough about them that putting the pen down is something I'm glad to do. I just wish it didn't happen so often this year!

Heh. It turned out to be the doodle that took over my life and gave me fits. It was HARD to paint. My digital painting skills are still rudimentary at best...:-\

Hmm... Maybe you'll kill me, but I like the harder shading on the hair from picture NĀ°1 a bit more than the second
But the second one is larger, so it seems that the detail on the first picture is better or just "more" xD

I'm sorry I didn't mean to snap. I was just confused. If you meant our favorite Hanyou I think he belongs to all of us who write, draw, and love him for who he his. He's one of the greatest characters ever writen and it's easy to want a bit of him to ourselves.
