Description Another charcoal speedpainting. I personally that this is my most successful figure drawing yet. Whether I consider a piece successful depends as much on the process as the finished product. This drawing went smoothly from the first mark to the final polish, and was fun to boot, so that contributed greatly to my positive feelings toward it.

I think this is one of your most successful ones too. It really jumped out at me in that way even before I read your description. Love when people extend their planar lines out into space.

Getting the anatomy correct on a live model can be nearly as difficult as doing it from imagination!
