It was indeed delicious! Roughly, you have to boil first the egg for a couple of minutes (3-6 mins depending how runny you want your yolk). After, you have to roll the egg in the sausage meat and the breadcrumb. Finally, you have to deep-fry it for a couple of minutes (around 3-5 mins).

Thanks! Scotch egg is indeed yummy! It's (a not fully) boiled egg wrapped with bread crumbles and sausage. That egg is a English specialty.
