badass. Simply badass. It's a shame behemoth isn't as well known as Leviathan, it's pretty sweet.

I kinda hope golaith will be flanker! I mean, the Darwinists have gotten all the cool stuff so far. And, if they get too much overpowered stuff, well, it'll be kinda one-sided.

cool but what is a behemoth?

Bocan24 In reply to GAMESFAN [2011-03-26 20:45:13 +0000 UTC]

The behemoth is described in the bible (Job 40:15-24) as the unconquerable and foremost of God's creatures. It has been misinterpreted from the original Hebrew apocrypha in many modern offshoots such as final fantasy's creature. The Behemoth is actually described as being a docile herbivore. Many speculations have thought it to be a mundane Nile animal like a hippo or elephant, but in fact no presently existing creatures fit the description perfectly. Behemoth has "a tail that sways like a cedar tree" and "bones like bronze tubes". This is amazingly similar to the long extinct Sauropods (long neck dinosaurs). There were the largest (hence foremost) land walking creatures ever to exist on earth. The Sauropod tails did sway like trees in the wind, and the most important connection of all is the bones like bronze tubes. All Sauropods, along with many other dinosaurs, had hollow bones with no marrow. This trait is not found in any mammals ever.

I know it takes a stretch of faith to believe a man witnessed a dinosaur only 3,000 years ago since modern science completely disproves the possibility of it. Perhaps God was showing him a vision of one of his past creations. The incredible part about it is that this description is so on point with the anatomy of a Sauropod and it was written far before the word dinosaur even existed.

Yeah, it's supposed to be the largest creature to ever live on Earth. A Brontosaurus would be bigger.

I believe that's Satan, correct me if I'm wrong. Both are considered to be devils in Satanism.

Amazing job! ^^

(uh, i knew that the behemoth - thats what the bible says - is a mighty creature created by God and is the most powerful creature in the earth, like leviathan is to water and ziz to the skyes. It says that the leviathan can not be killed by a human, only by its creator, this is to leviathan and ziz too. Correct me if i'm wrong.)

P.S.: i'm brazilian, sorry for the bad english
P.SĀ²: more in bible, or wikipedia hahahahahahahahaha

Yes, it's quite interesting how many perspectives there are.
Of course, Satan too is seen in a much different light by the bible, and such other relgions... But according to Satanists, he's simply a scapegoat. I try not to emerse my self in religion too often, for these reasons.
