I am wondering if I can get permission to use this image as a part of an image manipulation for a CD cover.
The CD is to be distributed as a demo only, and will never be sold. The scene in your photograph is exactly what I am looking for, and it would be much appreciated.

However, I have recently been informed by the artist that it is not a demo CD after all, and the album will be sold.
Would you consider selling this photograph? I can offer you $10, which is a fair amount for a stock photograph.
