Finally drew my jackal girl, Lavenza! both versions of her! She started out as an edgy design I did for fun (left) but I really liked how she turned out so I decided to revamp her and actually take her development seriously lol

Bad Fate: The original design! Her Tragic BackstoryTM was that she was chopped up and sown back together frankenstein-style in a series of experiments. She became sort of immortal because of them. She escaped somehow, and now goes around hunting down and killing her captors. Also she has skeleton hands that can just straight up grab people's souls and other spooky stuff, just because lol. She's sad and deadly but deep down all she wants is a friend *emo tears*. thats it thats her entire character

Good Fate: Current design! This Lavenza is a seamstress and aspiring designer (hence the sketchbook!). She works in the costuming department of a circus. She loves wearing LOTS of colors because she thinks her fur & hair look pretty boring. She sewed + dyed her clothes herself! Her claws also grow abnormally fast and sharp, so she wears gloves most of the time. She's soft-spoken and prefers to avoid conflict. Is often the voice of reason among her friends.

The only thing that didn't change at all between these two was that Lavenza likes scissors and has a collection of them (though for different reasons). fun fact: this was supposed to be fully shaded, but once I finished Bad Fate i thought "actually i'm too lazy for this" and just decided to post them as flats
