I know I'm supposed to be doing school work or drawing Keiki, but I was struck with inspiration yesterday afternoon and just had to take advantage of it. This is another case of "cool concept, poor execution," motivation for the redraw; backgrounds are just so dang hard to do traditionally and with a pitch black background with this bright green Koishi there it was simply doomed to fail from the beginning back then. I'm much happier with this version now though, establishes the mood better and has more details.
