Art in the time of the corona virus: Like many other billions of people right now, my area is under stay-at-home orders from our government. The county where I live has the highest rate of corona virus infections in our state, and my wife and I are taking this very seriously especially since our children work emergency medicine and are very insistent that we be very careful. So, I'm going back into my archives to revisit shoots from long ago and editing them with a fresh eye and new techniques. I'll be sharing them here with some commentary with hopes that it will provide a little interest for my watchers and maybe break the tedium of the day for some of you. I'm calling these shots my Quarantine Edits or Q-Edits. I hope you find the images and descriptions interesting.

July of 2014, not very long before I broke my ankle and was out of service for most of the rest of the year (I think I might have done one more shoot that summer). I recall it being an extremely hot July so Eva and I took a trip out to this small waterfall in the Tillamook State Forest for some art, and for some relief from the heat. The mist from the falls was cool and refreshing.
