Here we have a couple of beautiful cartoon women of animation (or comics in Jucika's case). What do these two have in common? They are well-known animated sex symbols from their respective nations.

Betty Boop is an American creation from Max Fleischer and Grim Natwick. Her cartoons always had some surreal imagery and had some sexual / psychological elements. Her popularity was mostly from the adult audiences. The reason I colored her with dark skin was because Betty Boop's singing style was actually based on Esther Jones. Esther Jones was an African-American singer in the 1920's from Chicago, IL. She was the one who had the "Boop-Oop-A-Doop" style singing before Helen Kane did. Ever since I found out about that, I've started seeing fan depictions of Betty Boop as an African-American woman. I gotta say, I think it suits her more and I love the appearance!

On the right is Jucika, she is from the nation of Hungary and was created by a cartoonist named Pál Pusztai. Jucika was a three panel comic strip about the woman named Jucika dealing with daily life and her ever changing occupations. The comics themselves tend to rely on visual gags over dialogue. The comic's creator had quite the fondness for playful erotic humor. Jucika would usually appear nude or in revealing clothes dealing with the attention she willingly (or unwillingly) draws to herself. She would use her wits, physique, or her allure to achieve her goals. So she was like Betty Boop, but a little more lewd.

I was a little stumped on coming up with a background for this one. So I came up with a Valentine-esque style background with hearts and varying shades of red.
I wonder how the interaction between these two would go?
