I had a better title for this one, but I couldn't remember it.

For the fans of the musical groups The Real Tuesday Weld and the Studio Killers. It's kinda supposed to be a crossover ship of the personas of the music groups, not the real people exactly. This was just for fun, nothing more. It was just something that was completely random and (admittedly) cursed thing I worked on around 3 AM. I guess this could be a part two to the "All Men Are Pigs, Mr. Wolf" image I did a while back. I just wanted a reason to draw these two again.

Here we have Valentine Rose (or The Crooner as he's usually called) joining Cherry (Studio Killers) for a dance somewhere in some fancy Art Deco styled building. Designing the building was the difficult part of this artwork. I had to Google examples of Art Deco styled décor and architecture so the background can have a 1920's vibe. Cherry's outfit is a typical flapper girl styled dress. Cherry's eyes are designed in the "Old Cartoon" style so they would not only match Valentine's style, but also contribute to the 1920's styled vibe. For Cherry's dress, I took her dress design from the music video for Ode To The Bouncer and made some modifications to it. I used a silver metallic Sharpie for the shiny fringes on her dress. I made sure to keep her signature running mascara eye design.

I used a variety of metallic Sharpie colors for the building's walls and floor. Some the wall art designs are actually based on some actual 1920s era Art Deco artwork. I searched around Google for ones that looked interesting to me and I tried base one here on some of the ones I liked the most by memory.
