Those look beautiful and delicious! I also made a dessert today. Matcha roll cake with strawberries. [link] . Don't know if you can view it...but anyways, what kind of flour do you use for your macarons? I hear of pistachio flour and of course almond flour...but I read somewhere that in Japan they sometimes use peanut flour for macarons? Is this true? Or what did you use?

Thank you very much. I couldn't access the link, but it sounds good!
I use almond flour for macarons. We have peanut macarons in Japan, but I've never made them or tasted them. And they look more like peanut meringue cookies then macarons.
