I decided to have Lance interact with Nights and Reala.

When Lance first entered the dark realm of Nightmare, he met Wizeman the wicked and the red and black Nightmaren Reala there. Wizeman had brought him to his throne room so he can recruit Lance to his service because ever since Balan has enter into Nightopia, he has been wrecking Reala and his Nightmaren army and foiling his plans to capture Nights. He's heard that Lance and Balan have similar strengths and powers and has combated each other before. Wizeman offers an alliance between the Nightmarens and the Negatis so they could take down Nights and Balan and claim Nightopia and Wonderworld. They would even fuse a Nightmaren with a Negati to create a more powerful being and take on Nights and Balan. Lance decided to accept this proposition and work with Wizeman even if it means taking orders from Reala. Now Reala didn't like Lance at the beginning (And he still doesn't) because he isn't a Nightmaren and he couldn't trust him since there was something sinister about him and Lance doesn't like the fact that he has to take orders from Reala since he sees Reala as a poor excuse of a general and has always failed at catching Nights and claiming the visitors ideya. Lance would mock Reala at ever chance he gets, but Reala isn't going to let his insults throw him off on his mission. Lance and Reala may not like working together, but they will if they must.

When Lance first saw the purple Nightmaren named Nights flying around Nightopia, he had been smitten by her looks and fun loving personality. Lance couldn't help but admire Nights from a far which makes it harder on Reala and Jackal to get him to focus. But when he learns that Balan is in love with Nights as well, he becomes determined to capture Nights and make her fall in love with him. He would occasionally hit on Nights and compliment her, even giving her some flowers, but Nights is a little uncomfortable with Lance's flirting methods mostly because she has feeling for Balan, who's given her more love and kindness than anyone has ever given her. This makes Lance furious because he wasn't about to let Balan take Nights from him. No matter how long it takes, Lance won't give up until Nights becomes his soul mate. Whether she likes it or not.
