Yes, people can get pretty upset if they see you photographing them. (As I am always a passenger)I take photos of bad drivers. Never do anything with the photos, but I should start filming them. Cause a photo can capture them driving on the shoulder but it doesn't capture them weaving in & out of traffic or cutting in front of someone.
Glad you managed such a great photo & painting & didn't get your ass kicked by the SUV driver. LOL
