Description I loved the show "Monkey" when I was a kid and I have always loved Chinese mythology.
This is a homage to Pigsy, one of the companions of the boy priest Tripitaka and Sun Wu Kong the Monkey King in " Journey to the West" by Wu CHeng'en. He is a drunk , a glutton and completely awesome. I wanted this to be a bit like a traditional Chinese watercolour. Enoy.

Aha!! Another person who remembers the show "Monkey"!! I mentioned it to an American guy & he didn't have a clue what I was talking about. This is really gorgeous & so much more beautiful than the original Pigsy!!

Yea, thanks a lot. The two characters are kinda similar, Pigsy wears priests clothing a lot as a sort of insult to religion maybe , a bit of irony seeing as he's such a destructive, drunken, womaniser. The dark brown robes here are more like a monks , just one colour , I ran out of time
