I am not interested in having a girlfriend! I have bigger Magikarp to fry! Enough with the shipping wars.
I'm going to be creating some controversy about this. This isn't either fact or opinion. This is pure speculation about how the canonical Ash feels about shippings.
I actually like almost every shipping with Ash.

the only girl or anyone ash ever showned canon feelings for is giselle and even that was very short it was a crush based on looks nothing more the only girl he has hinted at likeing romanticly is misty but it may be canon with his jealousy for misty getting upset that she liked another guy 3 times i dont see how thats not canon but has he shown jealousy for any other girl or anyone else no and even if he does love misty hes to young to see it and to young for romance hes more into pokemon then romance
