Amarr design, thought they could do with a largish upright shipno idea on role etc., one for CCP who knows best I guess
Was still more to do on the paint, but it's enough to convey the design. Hope you like it, if I have time i'll produce another

I love the vertical approach, and the colors and flavor are so Amarr, the one faction whose vessels are beautiful to look upon overall, most a work of art. Like this one.

Normally Amarr ships look like bugs or rather pregnant bugs like the providence. But this ship design is really nice!

Thanks, I've not had a ton of time on these ( this was about 3 evenings work ). Been using the contest to brush up on my digital painting so its good to get some positive feedback
Got a Minmitar design in the works but it's a bit more detailed as they tend to be a bit more involved

Thanks for the comments folks. Yeah the name, didn't have one for along time, ploughed through an online thesaurus trying to find something fitting that isn't already used, turns out I mis-spelled it, should be Augur, which is a soothsayer or prophet

This is really cool man. I've been working on sketches for an Amarr tall ship. Being an Amarr pilot that pvps in nightmares I have a certain love of tall ships. Your design also reminds me of a caldari/amarr mix with the caldari angles and the amarr golden armor plates. Strap on some mega pulses and a pith-x shield booster and I would fly it!

Augoror is the name of the Amarr support cruiser. You are right about the religious names, but those two names may also be too similar.

Thanks, but there's a few good entries now, maybe some more to come. Good to see they're not all battleships and such too, think CCP would probably rather keep that kind of ship design to themselves
