I don't know what this species is actually called, but I can tell you that it seemed completely fine with sitting on my finger, in fact it was so comfortable that it was reluctant to leave when I tried transferring onto a plant. I actually walked around afterward shooting other pictures with this little guy still hugging my index finger.Even if you're a little freaked out by bugs, you can't deny that this is the cuddly kitten of the insect world.
