So I had been playing around with a concept of a new comic involving Polynesian legends that I kind of make a comparison as “A Disney Princess meets Dragonball Z” and I had plotted it out, and got a good summary of it written and doing some concept designs. Even got the main character drawn up.(The hair starts off dark and turns sea blue when she “awakens”. (If you read Shadowgirls, think of it like a happier twist on that story.)

Then I remembered: “Oh wait, there's a Disney Princess movie coming out this winter, Moana, that involves Polynesian stories. And... Ah, crap. I better hold off. I need to make sure I didn't just come up with the same exact story again.” Seriously. This happened last summer! This comic promo? machsabre.deviantart.com/art/S… I was all set to do it, when the Black Canary comic came out... And was basically doing the SAME DAMN STORY! (And doing a better job at it then I had planned!)

So yeah. I'm gonna take my time here with this one. Anyway, I going to work on finishing up Caribbean Chaos first... And I got some new about that too, soon.

EDIT: So I saw Moana... Ooooh, this project is SOOOO not happening without some major rewrites!
