Luck. . It is vacant a lot of the time. Even tho is it a public space. Not a lot of people use it. At least in the middle of the day. There are office spaces off to ether side of of this space for Sound Transit. Who has their head quarters there.

This is no longer a active train station. That one is a block down from here. It is called King St station here: :thumb262292771:

Now I have not taken any pictures inside that one because it is a Federal building. As it services Amtrak. The Feds in our modern world frown on any pictures of their buildings. A pity.

I didn't know you are not allowed to take pictures of federal buildings in the U.S.

They claim its a security threat and asume any one who does take pictures is a terrorist. Even if your an 80 year old grandma.

That's a pity, you have impressive train stations over there...

I assume in Germany you are not allowed to take photos of military properties etc., but those mostly aren't worth a picture anyway

(BTW: IF the number of pictures taken from a building would clearly correlate to a terrorist threat, shouldn't the Eiffel tower have been *blown to bits* already by someone... )

If its from a public street there is not much that they can do. The minute you go into that building. Then they can proven you from taking any images. At least over here in the USA.

I know the UK has some of the same rules. There you can't even take pictures in side a airport. Of course if its in cell phone camera. They not any the wiser. Seance they are so small and don't look like traditional cameras.
