I use Wacom Graphire4 A6 size, but I want to change it to Wacom Intuos4 A5 size as soon as possible XD
So if you want to buy a graphic tablet, go with the A6 or if you have more money you can buy A5 - you just need to learn to paint with smaller ones before switching to big ones, sometimes even smaller is better.
oh and for me 'tablet' = 'Wacom', don't buy any other shit 
Anyway, buy Wacom - size or series doesn't really matter, they're all awesome.
