Very interesting image. The focus was wonderfully done, and the field of vision here is superb. The level of detail here is absolutely amazing.
He's a little off center in the frame. A bit of cropping on the right side would fix that without issue. With something as symetrical as your subject (and most living things), making it more centered would increase the composition greatly. Because of this I reduced impact to 4 as it only slightly hiners the overall impressiveness of the image. Thats really the only fault I can find with the image.
The color is amazing the green in the back is subdue and nicely muted. I just can't get past how wonderful the detail is in this photo.
I'm a big fan of macro images and this one takes the cake! 5 for technique. Though I would look into cropping that side of the image to make the image fit a more centered composition.
