I think you did the rain well - after all, it's something in the foreground that should be perceived like a background; one doesn't focus on it.
I think this is the most pissed I've ever seen TFA Megs. He's usually shown as such a cold, collected, and calculating bastard (almost more like BW megs in his "Yesss" moments).
Looks like someone has crossed that last line, placed that final straw, pushed that big red button...
