You can't call copy right infringement on fan made characters based on a show that already exists.  You can call plagiarism perhaps, but without proof there is nothing I can do.

I wouldn't immediately call out copyright infringement. Looking at your oc and this one here, there are similar colors with the mane and tail, but your oc's body fur is darker than this one's here. And that Munchkin's commission piece's hoof fur is white and shaggy and the ponies lack of crown, and a different cutie mark design. This one's a warrior not a prince. 

And if you were just joking, then I am sorry. I can't tell if one is joking or not. I'll hide this comment away, I didn't mean to cause trouble, just pointing out the differences.
