well i set this up pretty quickley...(give me ur email i'll priv send you the point of this shoot!!!)
i just used my mono bloc (flash) with a soft box... standing right behind thr camera and the angle is coming downwards.... i also synced the flash with an external flash on my camera buthte flash wasn't pointing at me.. if that makes sence...
i'm not a big fan of unwanted shadows!! so i use the light staight on... and coz im right up to the BG there is no dumb shadow behind me!!
plus check out the awesome contrast in highlights in my fingers!!!

hehe not ness. put a lot of thought into it, its embedded into my brain of the way i generally do things. would have taken 5 mins to set it all up and less that 20mins to get the right shot i wanted!!

and the external flash was like pointing sideways just so it could sync off the large flash... (coz they cord is a little too dodgy to work with out someone holding it in place on the hotshoe!!
hehe make sense!!

so REALLY 2 flashes... but only one on me..
