EDIT: Coloured version of character sketch: [link]Behold: Klarion the Witch-Boy, Teen Titans style. Be kind, I don't do this anime style often... the eyes sort of scare me...
Now, I was never super into 'Teen Titans', but I enjoyed the goofy, upbeat attitude mixed with unexpected pant-wetting darkness and the utter lack of grown-up Capes. It had fun with the story. It had fun with the villains. It was fun to watch.
So what can make it better? Wee little magic-users!
LAWLS. I peg Klarion for a David/Morrison blend here, all innocent curiosity and Mxy-like chaos. Story-wise, it would be something of a retelling of Robin #158 where Teekl is lost/stolen and the team must help him get her back (Teekl wandering off seems to inspire a lot of crossover plot...). I sense shenanigans!
The right side is a (mostly completed) sketch of TT!Klarion and Teekl. The left side is a bad chibi-sketch of BB trying to get Klarion to stop crying. The bottom is a bad sketch of Jinx, Raven, and Klarion having a tea-party.
(I swear I will draw Klarion seriously. One day.)

I can totally imagine a younger version of Klarion in the TT universe.^^
I can also see him with a cute crush on Raven Lmao- I can imagine him trying to impress her with his chaos magic lol.
Also, it would be super cool if you did a comic where Klarion turned the Teen Titans into kids. (Kinda like what he did to some of the league members in one of the many differnet variations of the original comics- he just wanted someone his age to play with awwww!!)
Anyways love this cute chibi version if Klarion!! Amazing job
