Description Limp and helpless, Miss Britain falls endlessly in Morda Domina's multiversal tear. It would appear she is gone from this timeline forever, but she is so resourceful and lucky and plucky and well... beautiful... that I'm sure she'll somehow return to get into more trouble in future picture series and graphic novel pages.

Thanks to Penelope for permission to use her original character.

Done in Poser with some postwork in PhotoShop.

It's a great image, Mike, and it is currently featuring as the front cover on the group I help run.

It is a great little story. As I mentioned in a reply to my muse, Penelope, it boils down the power exchange between the heroine and the villaness to very basic elements. It is very pleasing to get postive comments from her and from a creative force like you with regard to these pictures. Thank you many times over.

Yes it does, I know what you mean..sometimes you do not want to mess around with all the setup and all that, you just want to get to the meat of the story and have fun with it! I did that with the Wrecking Ball and Claire...get to the stuff that we all want to get to! Oh, and I loved the hair that looks like it is falling, usually poser hair looks so stiff. Did you paint that on with photoshop or something?

Mad-Mikhail In reply to ladytania [2011-08-26 07:02:14 +0000 UTC]

That is a freebie I think. I'm pretty sure I got it from ShareCG. It is called "Upside-Down Hair" and it is a long hair cut that stands straight up as though the character is hanging upside-down. It has Morphs to make it longer, shorter, twisting and falling fore, aft, left and right. It was blond, but easy enough to recolor to black. Very handy. I look for hair with a lot of morphs to move it around, but this was a real find for doing loose hair styles in characters who are falling or carried or whatever. The usual hair style I use for Miss Britain is called "Clair" and I think I got that from Renderosity. Has a few morphs, but not enough to make what I needed for the falling pictures. I'm glad you like it. I try not to resort to photoshoping the hair, but I feel your pain when you say that Poser hair is stiff. Some of it is impossibly so.

My hair model looks pretty good for the action and battle pictures and can look good wet and lying flat..but not upside down. I just found it on sharecg, I will have to try it soon. THnak you!

Great finish! I like her expression, like she's just about to come to. (I can actually imagine Nemesis Girl swooping in now, if anything's going to save her.)

Exactly... she is about to become aware of her predicament and will remain helpless without some intervention whether it be another heroine like Nemesis Girl or some Deus Ex Machina piece of luck. Is Nemesis Girl one of Brit's original characters? I may have to do a bit of research.

Nemesis Girl is Brit's character. She's more of a villainess, but has a special relationship with Miss Britain.

I'll have to learn a bit more about Nemesis Girl. Somewhere, I 've got a pretty acceptable model of Brit I made up. It probably wouldn't be too hard for me to construct a "Nemesis Girl" model based on it as I have constructed a "Miss Britain" based on my Penelope model. It occurs to me I don't really know much about Miss Britain except for her appearance for that matter. I attribut super human strength and vitality to her, similar to Wonder Woman, but for all I know her powers and abilities might be much different. As for her background and secret identity, I have not a clue.

Miss Britain does have superhuman strength, along with the ability for flight and some limited resistance to heat and cold. Maybe I should write something up with some of her background for reference.

If you have a notecard on her for role play in world, you could send that to me. It's nice to know a bit of background if I keep using the character, which I probably will with your permission. Thanks, Penelope.

Absolutely. What group is that? Perhaps I would like to join it. I have a group there with Molly and I belong to a few groups there and one that would feature a picture like this is maybe one I want to belong to. I am very pleased that you like it so much. I thought it was a nice finishing picture for this series.

I love the "drifting in empty space" pose! A suitable "finish" for the story, and the heroine.

But, as you stated, she will inevitably return, if only to be KOed and put into peril...

By the way, as far as "floating unconscious" pics go, if you have the time, check out these recent commissions:

I like them both, Gytalf. I had seen the Captain Zammo picture as I follow him and enjoy his work. We've known him since before DA. The other one I had not seen and is very, very nice.

Captain Zammo has done quite a number of pics featuring my heroine Sparrowhawk. He did a "gift pic" for me in April, with Sabrina getting battered by the Victorian:

And I have been commissioning him ever since! He did such a good job on his recent pics with the sexy black Bikini Babe that I have named her Breanna, and intend to include her as a recurring character. He just completed a new pic for me, which he will likely publish as a deviation later today.

And the pic with the Wasp is very impressive, isn't it? James Anthony Huang (semaj007) has done a ton of pics for me. He is a fantastic artist!
