I'm completely sold on the Galra Keith theory. I have a whole head cannon around it. The Galra that helped them is Keith's father and he is the new Uncle Iroh and will be esential in furture battles against the Galra with his intel, Keith's dormant Galra DNA kicks in whail he's still seperated from the others and when they find him they don't recognize him so things are a bit rocky but Hunk vouches for him because it's just the Hunk thing to do. Lance is constantly trying to see if he now acts like a cat. Keith is not amused. Keith is never amused. Things become a bit tense between him and Allura due to him looking like the race that destroyed her people and home but after a heart to heart they get over it. He can sneak around Galra bases with ease now because they think he's a new recrute, this makes it easy for him to free prisoners and slaves and this pleases Pidge. The prisoners and slaves don't trust him though because he's Galra and this makes him feel alienated and even more prone to burst of anger. Shiro is still very much Space Dad and he and Keith's father spar with him frequently so he can let his anger out in a healthy way. All in all Keith is an angry space kitty that needs love.
