This is really really great. The only thing I think could be improved is the pill. I think if it were done a bit differently (say, so you could see the tiny balls inside it or something to that effect) then it would be a lot more recognizable. Overall though, really, really great work.

It's very difficult to make such tiny details when you use only black and white.. and if I detailed pill, I'd have to detail the rest..
for me composition is more important than details )
