Description
A collab with , illustrating a scene from an RP I am doing with . Charm, her character, can control electricity, and she has had a chip installed *against her will* in her brain to allow GUN to control her, thus gaining control of her powers. She has turned Madame, and her adopted children with Silver. over to GUN, who intends to make her aerokinetic *that is, she controls wind and air* adopted daughter Philana into a mind-controlled slave. In the containment chamber, Philana, fearful, panics, and the GUN scientists order Charm to electrocute her adopted niece to calm her down. This is the scene illustrated here.

Note: did the wonderful electrical effects in this picture. She takes commissions for effects such as these for as little as 50 cents!

My half: Photoshop 7, Wacom Bamboo tablet. About 3 hours total.
