Concept art for a possible scene in the RP I'm doing with Chibiusa, who's come to Equestria by accident and taken the form of an alicorn (because she's a princess), aids her new friends, Princess Celestia, Princess Luna, Prince Modest, Discord, Miseria, Prince Humble Honor, and Mane 6 against the Black Moon invasion of Equestria. Princes Demande/Diamond and Saphir/Sapphire are alicorns due to their royal status; Esmeraude/Emerald is a unicorn, as is Rubeus (I changed him to one so he could use magic). Wiseman has taken the form of a dragon. Chibiusa's horn looks different here because the Silver Moon Crystal has merged with it, hence its silver color and the petals of Silver Crystal near her horn's base. The black crystals in the air on the bad guys' side are actually Black Moon ships.This pic is made up of four separate hand-drawn panels, but meant to be one big picture, put together into one in Photoshop. I tried to fix the stupid coloring mistake on Luna's face, but I just couldn't get it to look like part of the picture, so I left it as it was.

Gosh, I agree with the other three! This looks awesome, so great! You did a wonderful job, the picture is just... I'm so glad and flattered with your picture, the characters look amazing. I really like the look that you gave to Miseria. It is indeed fierce! Her eyes look a bit like swirls, though, like she's hypnotized or something... But that could just be me. I could suggest that next time you draw her eyes pretty much like you normally would, just put the yellow glow just like you did here, no brown color. I think that would also give it a great effect.
Everyone else looks so great... I know I keep saying that, but they do. The Princesses are amazing as always. And Modest looks like the great prince in shining armor! ...Shining Armor, Cadance, I'm sorry, but Modest and Luna became my OTSP (One True Secondary Pairing). Oh, that's right, them! Eh, don't worry about SA and Cadance, they'll be minor in this fight (like usual, the dearies
Discord's proportions... Eh, leave them! He's silly and awesome like that. In fact, one of the reasons why we love him so much is because he'd dare fight a battle so serious with such ridiculous proportions or goofing-around, silly banter... And you know what? He'd totally get away with it. With making a mockery of the whole serious fight. I picture him more doing that than I picture him fighting all serious and fierce, like he did a thousand years ago against the princesses.
Even the bad guys look epic! Esmeraude isn't a sister? Eh, the whole sister thing confuses me... Sephir looks quite handsome! I'd say even more so than his brother... Another thing... When you finally introduce them into the RP, are you going to refer to them by their Japanese spelling or what?
...Wiseman looks creepy. Or, 'Wisedragon', I don't know what his name will be. Guess it could be the same...

Miseria's eyes weren't meant to look like she's hypnotized; I was afraid the blue drafting pencil I use for sketches would show through, and it looks like it did- sorry about that
I didn't include SA and Cadance since they haven't even appeared yet in our RP, but perhaps I will some other time, 
It was trying to make Dissy serious here- and to use his pose as a way to link the two right-side parts of the picture. I didn't really notice the propotions until after the picture was done, and by then it was too late to fix it XD But yeah- this is Discord; he can take whatever shape or proportions he wants! XD I do imagine him getting serious in this fight, though, if somepony he cared deeply about, either Celestia or one of his really close friends, were to be hurt or something, but otherwise he'd just be himself XD
Nope, Esmeraude isn't one of the four sisters- she's higher-ranking than them, and has delusions of grandeur- she's in love with Demande and wants to be Queen of the Black Moon, but he is infatuated with Neo Queen Serenity, Chibiusa's mother. (Though I was toying with the idea that he gets the same kind of feelings for Celestia, another unattainable lady...) I was aiming for handsome for Saphir- he's a cutie in human form, too, but also because we discussed the possibility of his getting together with Miseria.

That guy's got a serious problem of unrequited attractions. I support the idea that he'd grow attracted to Celestia. She is more similar to Neo-Queen Serenity personality-wise. Like... a lot. Luna resembles her more 'cause she's a moon princess.
I like Saphir, he's smart! Too bad he dies... Unlike the other minions of stories, he doesn't blindly follow the bad guy's plans, but has the brain capacity to question them! And put up an attitude, too.
I agree about the Japanese names, they're better. Like... Rini? What the heck is that? It's got really nothing to do with 'Serenity', which she's also supposed to be named. I guess it could do as a nickname, but... Chibiusa's better. I thought it seemed weird and like a mouthful at first, and maybe Rini would fit better in the Ponyverse, but 'Chibiusa' fits her personality much better. A little rabbit.

He really does XD Celestia it shall be, though, that he gets these feelings for, since it's based on her looks, not where she's from (or in this case what heavenly body she rules). I think it would be a hay of a twist >:3 Plus, I forgot to mention this, but the crescent moon in Demande's forehead can turn into a third eye with hypnotic powers! He uses that on Sailor Moon a few times in the anime. Perhaps this would be the reason he would appear in Equestria- he falls for Celestia and wants to make her and her kingdom his, before finishing the job of taking over Crystal Tokyo?
He doesn't have to die here, though- he can't, if he's going to be Miseria's special somepony! (I totally ship them now XD)
Rini is supposed to be some sort of diminutive of Serena, apparently- I never liked "Rini", and have been using her Japanese name for over ten years- hence I use it here XD Chibiusa is a diminutive too- this time of Usagi, which as you know is part of her full name.
What did you think of my idea regarding the Crystal, that it merges with her horn?

It can turn into a third eye? Whoa. Yeah, I think Demande's reason to go to Equestria at first would be to chase Chibiusa and the Silver Crystal. Then he somehow meets Celestia and falls for her, having another reason to be there.
Yay, he's not gonna die! I feel Miseria will eventually sing some kind of version of The Hunchback of Notre Dame's 'Heaven's Light'. While... Demande will absolutely sing 'Hell's Fire'. Not literally, of course, just saying those two songs would fit our plot now.
I think the idea of the Crystal merging with Chibiusa's horn is good. The horn looks nice, it doesn't look too odd. And it does add a bit of 'magical girl' element to the fight, in the part when she joins the fight in full power. Which makes me wonder... Will there be those flashy, colorful, sparkly transformations during the battle?

Yep, it can- Discord's gonna have himself some dangerous competition- Demande is no one to screw with... But here's another interesting thing about Demande's anime self: he redeems himself at the end. Wiseman tries to kill Sailor Moon, and Demande saves her- he gets in the way of the attack! He realized that his brother was right about Wiseman all along, and decides to save Sailor Moon, who he knows is the future Neo Queen Serenity.
You're totally right, and honestly, I wouldn't mind adding the songs to the story!
I don't think there'll be any flashy transformations here, since in the SM season this is based on, Chibiusa has not attained Sailor Scout status yet. There will be something flashy when the Crystal merges with her horn, though.

Yeah, I read about that part in the Sailor Moon Wiki file. I don't know why, but I tend to read Wiki Files of any fandom I might come into constant contact with.
I think a glowing transformation or something of the sort would be in order and appropriate for the Crystal. It's basically like the Elements of Harmony... Ooh. Silver Crystal + Elements of Harmony = Wow... Not to mention the extra Solar and Lunar, Elemental, and Chaotic magic. And... Love and just... average magic, I guess. For Shining Armor. Whenever they come into play.
I find it funny how everypony that's royal or of high status finds someone equally powerful or alicorn-like to be with except Cadance.

I do the same thing, as it turns out, out of sheer curiosity often XD I was going to have him die saving Celestia the same way he saved Sailor Moon...>.> But I also can't stand Esmeraude, so maybe she (and Wiseman) should be the ones to go? (I can see Discord using his magic to drive Esmeraude mad XD;
I know- sooo much power... There's no way Wiseman and Black Moon could stand up to all that!
You know, I agree- that's what makes Cadance and SA's story so sweet; a princess and an ordinary guy, finding true love. Who says a princess needs a prince??
Imagine how Diamond Tiara feels when she finds out (later, past the main storyline) that the 'weird princess' found a prince? XD

Well, now that Miseria's appeared, she has been transferred and made manager of the Madness Department. And boy, has she gone up quite a few notches with it. Nowadays, madness isn't defined as anything emotionally lower (or higher) than what you have witnessed in the 'Revelations in the Labyrinth' chapters.
Ooh, Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon will fume when they find out! Geez... Suddenly the 'blank flank' losers became best friends not only with one, but TWO members of royalty! They'll be like, forever remembered in that department or something! ...At least Chibiusa certainly will talk a lot more often and much better of her three CMC friends centuries later than she will of the snobbish little duo.

Luckily Chibiusa is too much of a princess to throw her victory in DT and SS's faces! XD I also love the ides of Chibiusa, Humble and the CMC growing up together!

And I do look forward to RPing the future, around the time the CMC are roughly the age of the Mane Six, and they have all gotten their cutie marks, and are off on their own adventures... I guess they would be the ones to take the next important roles, given that they're Chibiusa's best friends. Heck, maybe they could even become the next Elements of Harmony!'
The previous mares won't be so old that they could not perform their duty, but surely they will have families and thus ordinary occupations that weigh almost as heavily as saving Equestria. They do say--especially in Bruce Almighty--that every day, and every action, no matter how small, is a miracle. Oh, my, now I ship this idea.
And if we ever RP even FURTHER into the future, the children of the Mane Six could take over the CMC and friends' roles! ...I think. I'm getting carried away.
If we were indeed to put the CMC as the next Elements later on, I think it would be like this...
Scootaloo- Loyalty (duh! She's been hanging on to Rainbow Dash for like, her entire life!)
Sweetie Belle- Generosity (she really is generous. I'd dare say even more so--or if anything, more evident--than her older sister)
Babs Seed- Laughter (maybe. I figure she'd be a cutie that would turn her bully pranks into animated chats and a good, joking, good-time evening)
Apple Bloom- Honesty (not because of Applejack, but because after the Cutie Pox incident, Apple Bloom became very fond of and adherent to the truth)
And, maybe some minor ponies could become the other two Elements.

Oh, in the future, when she's grown, Chibusa would be married to Humble; would she live in the Western Kingdom, or would they live in Canterlot, or even Ponyville?

Hm. That's interesting to wonder... For example... Celestia and Discord would stay in Canterlot. But, when Luna marries Modest, she'll go live in the Western Kingdom with him, and raise the moon from there (after all, the moon isn't limited to Equestria).
Humble Honor and Chibiusa... Hm... It would be lovely if they could be the rulers of the Crystal Empire, but that's taken... But, I think they should stay within Equestria!
Ponyville or Canterlot, either, because it'd be a hassle for them to have a kingdom and keep going back and forth, because her friends will live in Ponyville/Canterlot... More like Ponyville.
True, she's a princess, but... Unless she wants to move to another kingdom, I don't see the need of putting a palace in Ponyville or something. Ponyville is part of Equestria. And it'd be like Twilight and her Royal Library.
Maybe she'll be the first modest princess that liked and yearned to have an ordinary life so much, she did not waste the opportunity when she got the chance! Instead of being a princess straight away, she founded a new part of the Royal Council, with BOTH the Western and Equestrian Kingdoms, that allied them to the Silver Moon (or Crystal Tokyo, sorry, not sure).
That would give her plenty of importance, but those would be duties that she would formally perform when required. She'd have like a superhero personality or something. XD And Humble would totally not mind to step off the ladder to be with her. After all, since Crescent will be born, he would basically take Scar's position. 'A filly's uncle'.

Hmm, food for thought, indeed.... I don't thinkΒ they really need a palace to live in, since Chibusa wants a normal life. I'm thinking their primary residence is Ponyville, but they don't need a fancy house there; Chibiusa would be content to live in a normal house (maybe slightly larger than the rest, but otherwise no different). Of course, she and Humble would visit the royal capitals regularly, on state visits and friendly ones.
I like that idea, of a United or Allied Royal Council.

Yep. So she would have quite an important role in the end... I was planning to have Humble be a captain of the Royal Guard... But despite him being humble and willing to take a simple life, that would be just too much. Like, a prince, even a younger (and after his niece is born, sort of disowned) prince, stepping down to a rank in another royal's guard, hm... Just doesn't seem right.
He'll have an ordinary occupation instead. Maybe something important, too. Not quite royal, maybe, but... Being that Modest and Humble come from a world that uses the elements for both magic and fuel... I would think they would both be some kind of engineers of sorts. Humble would even be an eco-friendly engineer! He'd develop solar/elemental powered stuff for the convenience and accessibility of other ponies.

Hey, I've been having an idea for a while. I do plan to have Miseria apologize to Chibiusa. But it will be when Chibiusa gets out of school with her friends. Once again, the snobbish bullies will be picking on them, but then Miseria will awkwardly show up, and they'll leave the CMC alone, because Miseria is much better material (the one that nearly destroyed Equestria, after all). That part of the idea I do believe I had already told you.
But the reason why Miseria will be there in the first place is because she'll want to apologize.
