Description Inktober Drawing Series: Tooth-eating homunculus creature (Fierce).

Referenced from both the last art by Mr. Blackwood (which it was part of the art prints by illustration artist, Keith Thompson) and Sally’s art from the movie, Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark.

For Keith Thomspson, check out his works from his art blog. They're were even used for the Encyclopedia book.

Also, the line drawing was based on the concept art by the film’s director, Troy Nixey, as reference.

Seriously, this movie is so awesome, which it’s why film producer, Guillermo del Toro, enjoys this storyline with Lovecraft vibe. It's well-written with Lovecraftian/fairy-tale vibes, with great Gothic atmosphere (and I'm really glad Del Toro enjoyed this, before he did Crimson Peak). It may have jumpscares, but it's way better than those lamoes (*cough Dark Touch, House of the Devil, and The Green Room*cough*) If you haven’t seen it, go and watch it.

Enjoy.
