Description
Part of my drawings for Inktober.
Young Goodman Brown from Nathaniel Hawthorne’s horror short story. Here you see Goodman saw a pink ribbon that was sticking on a branch, while he was walking outside at night. You can see two pair of scary eyes on the left by the tree.
I read it back in community college, for English 2′s assignment, and I have to say; it was awesome. If you guys never read it, here’s the audio version:

This short story was about a young man, Goodman Brown, leaving to the forest from his wife, Faith. But when he kept journeying in the forest at night, strange things that are about to be happen.
I’m surprise that this short story hasn’t been adapt by any film/TV show studio yet. I mean the story seems interesting, after the analysis that the story was based off the Salem Witch Trial. I like to see this short story to be adapt as anything (short film or movie).
Enjoy.
