Yellow people, here I am again with a merman in the way. I'm quite happy with how his torso and muscles turn out. Squee! *gets whacked* Ok, so here's Chuck's Fantasia Form.

Chuck, Surfing Shark
Element: Water, Electric
Chuck is known for his appearance working with Kahuna at the surf shack in Calypso Island.

Chuck's Fantasia Form takes his passion for surfing to new heights, effectively transforming him into a shark-merman. He focuses more on speedy attacks than his Mortal mode. He doesn't need a weapon in this form, thanks to his speed.

Also thanks to his biological transformation, Chuck can use his innate shark-like Instincts to perform stunning attacks. Although some of his techniques might scare people right off... Like getting sharp teeth to bite the life out of opponents, for instance...

And it seems that he is getting ignored as much as he is in the forum...
