Here's a tiny critique for you.
The name frostbite has been used a lot and I'll probably just suggest Frost or another word meaning frostbite. Yes there are a lot of slender beings but there hasn't been one like this one. The hair colour is original on a slender being as those characters would either be bold, black hair or white. You didn't write what their weakness is. I cant really find anything else in this that seems off. It's not all of a bad character I would mostly give it a 5/10.
Also if you want them and Master Sloth (my slender OC) could be friends. That's if you want

I do fully agree with the name being over used. I may rename her as Icelynn, or Frost like you suggested.Β
