I created this as requested by =kitty1004 .

It shows how to replicate the mock airbushing effect I use in some of my photomanipulations.

I have seen other really phenomenal tutorials and continue to work on my airbrushing skills, but this is a great way to achieve a painted look in your manips that takes a lot less time. It also helps in the blending process. (KNOW AND LOVE YOUR SMUDGE TOOL)

Though its done in PSP the same look can be achieved in Adobe.
