Just a little cutie I drew up to relax after work tonight.

I have decided to keep her because if I've held onto her for this long trying to decide whether to sell her or not I obviously don't want to get rid of her haha.

It's really really good.
It's basically really rich vanilla custard with a crispy caramelized sugar topping, and whipped cream if you so choose.
I make mine with a blowtorch to caramelize the sugar haha. Tastes great but looks a little scary when I'm making it.

If you like pudding you should like it. There are other ways to make it that do not involve a blowtorch, I think you can use an oven but I've never tried it that way because I'm impatient and prefer the more invasive route.
