Nice Imagining of Ino. It would be really interesting to see what her relationship is with her students. How does her ego play into how she trains her students.
I could easily see her being hard on Iyou for his..."unorthodox" style or always pitting her teams against her old comrades just to show how great a mentor she is. Maybe she could try and get Shizuka to wear more provocative clothing like her, saying something like "You're never gonna become a great kunoichi unless you show off your tits!"
Because of the fact that she's still the way she was when she was young makes her a very interesting mentor for any of your characters.

thanks, i think it would be easy to just make her a medical ninja I wanted to take her down a road you wouldnt expect. at first she was going to have a team of all female but then i came up with the idea of koutetsu.

I think that have a team like this just brings out a dynamic side of her personality. One of the things I thought about when you mention Koutetsu was that Ino would constantly try to flirt with him to try and prove that she's so beautiful that she can turn a gay man straight.
